| Alan Stout of the Wilkes-Barre Times Leader
Newspaper stated, " Adrian Bianconi, also known as Dr. B., feels and expresses those patriotic sentiments more than anyone you will ever meet. He has travelled the entire nation, coast-to-coast, and has visited 49 states. He's stood on the banks of the Mississippi, at the edge of the Grand Canyon, and at the base of the Rocky Mountains. Now, he has set those travels and that love of America to music." Stout went on to report, "An American Homecoming, Volume 1, is Bianconi's second CD and the follow-up to 1999's A Pennsylvania Homecoming, Volume 1. On his first release, Bianconi celebrated the sights and the history of the Keystone State. On his second, he's spread that fondness and respect nationwide." |

| Joe Plasko of the Tamaqua Times News stated, "As a songwriter,
Bianconi who goes by Dr. B. in the music business, has been stirred by his passion for the American landscape to create his second album of historically-flavored tunes." Plasko went on to state, "As a prolific songwriter, he has completed 336 songs so far. Bianconi's extensive travels throughout the United States has served as his muse. An American Homecoming contains 18 Dr. B. compositions that literally span the continent. It's a 74 minute journey from New England to the Redwoods National Park in California." Plasko reported further, "the album made its way to the attention of Aramark, the company that operates the retail shop on Ellis and Statue of Liberty Islands. As a result, An American Homecoming will have the distinction of becoming the first music commercially sold at those national monuments." Plasko went on to report, "a folk flavor colors the songs on An American Homecoming but the album is a full production effort featuring seven musicians that provide tight catchy accompaniment to Dr. B's musical vision." Finally, Plasko stated, "Bianconi's beautiful compositions will certainly appeal to Veterans and others with a patriotic streak and they avoid oversentimentality, a difficult trick with such material. Dr. B. wins you over with his earnest delivery and adds plenty of hooks, too." |
