| Jerry Kishbaugh of the Wilkes-Barre Citizens'
Voice Newspaper stated: "A Pennsylvania Homecoming is a strong first effort for Bianconi, whose singing and songwriting talents are quite obvious. The overall production is quite an accomplishment that Bianconi and his cast should be proud of. For the album, Bianconi, who handled lead vocal and acoustic guitar duties, enlisted the services of a talented cast of musicians and backing vocalists (who by the way, serve up tasty harmonies to compliment Bianconi's steady vocal stylings." Kishbaugh went on to state, "Many of the tunes, all written by the man known as Dr.B., could be viable contenders in the musical battle for the coveted state title." |

| Donald Serfass of the Lehighton Times News

In fact, one moving tune, Pennsylvania, might be considered a legitimate contender as the official state song. It presents a classic, non-ethnic approach to singing the praises of the Commonwealth." |

Sanchez went on to say, "The songs on Bianconi's collection do justice to his passionate views, yielding to a genuine, gentle folk sound that capture a whirlwind of emotions and places that can be as spiritually uplifting as they are heart wrenching." |

| Jim Rino of the Hazleton Standard
Speaker reported, "Bianconi sings an 18 song compilation all about Pennsylvania. The words that he wrote and sang are chilling. Bianconi used a full band to produce 17 instrumental sounds and eight different vocals on the CD, which took 15 months in the studio alone to do. The album is the first of a planned trilogy." |
